Advantages of TIG welding
No splash during welding
Pulse welding can be used to weld thin plates (special attention should be paid to welding deformation when welding long welds less than 1.2mm)

Precautions of TIG welding
Self-melting is more than 0.8mm carbon steel and stainless steel, more than 1.2 mm aluminum and nonferrous metals (the workpiece needs to be seamless), and filling wires are more than 1.0mm carbon steel and stainless steel, and more than 1.5mm aluminum and nonferrous metals
Arc welding negative electrode, gun welding positive electrode welding workpiece is opposite to normal gas shielded welding.
Carbon steel and stainless steel are welded by DC welding, while aluminum needs AC welding.
Welding sheet can use pulse to reduce heat input.
Tungsten is a consumable, so it needs to be sharpened when welding carbon steel and stainless steel.Aluminum needs to be ground roundly, and after each grinding, it needs to be the same as tungsten before.
The needle position is consistent.
